Perfeito para levar a família ao Maracanã

A hospedagem tão próxima ao estádio tornou perfeita a experiência de levar a família ao jogo. Próximo a diversos bares, restaurantes, além do metrô e da 5ª da Boa Vista. O apartamento surpreendeu pelo espaço interno, suíte, quarto e sala são amplos e bem confortáveis. Apenas a cozinha é um pouco apertada, mas estava toda equipada, não deixando nada a desejar. Minha família e eu somos muito gratos ao proprietário, pelos ótimos momentos que passamos em seu apartamento! Obrigado!

Para quem procura tranquilidade e bom preço, excelente opção prédio novo, bem cuidado e em local tranquilo. O apartamento é bem dividido e muito aconchegante. O bairro é bom, próximo ao parque e metrô a poucos metros. Unica ressalva está a estrutura do bairro, ainda deficiente no que se diz respeito a comercio. No geral uma ótima relação custo X benefício. Excelente apartamento, apartamento novo e com ótima decoração. Com boa localização próximo a Quinta da Boa Vista, Centro de São Cristovão e a alguns minutos da Rodoviária Novo Rio. Fui muito bem atendido pelo senhor Alexandre proprietário do imóvel em todos os contatos feitos, recomendo o imóvel.
