The Wildflower: Mountain Views, Sauna, Hot Tub, Game Room, Fire Pit, Sleeps 12

Mountain view cabin created for memories; centrally located near tubing, hiking, gem mining. Just minutes to downtown Blue Ridge for dining, shopping and more. Game room designed to keep young and old entertained or lounge and watch a movie on 65” smart tv. Hot tub on lower deck, corn hole and two grills for our grill connoisseurs. Fire pit for s’mores and tall tales. Screened in porch with mountain view has twin bed swing for ultimate relaxation. Comfortably sleeps 12.
The space
The Wildflower is a log cabin overlooking Blue Ridge mountains. Located in the Aska Adventure area, we're just a short drive to Lake Blue Ridge where fishing, swimming, and boating are available.

Main entry level has open concept living room, dining room and fully stocked kitchen.

Wood burning fireplace and 55" Roku TV above.

Screened in porch with TWIN sized swing bed and dining table with chairs.

King bedroom with flat screen Roku TV and private balcony.

Full size bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Upper level:

Loft bedroom with Queen daybed + Full bed trundle

Family Trip

We loved our stay at this place and everything was set up so well! We had 8 adults and a dog with plenty of space to spare. I would highly recommend booking this cabin and can’t speak highly enough about how they have it set up for family fun and relaxing in the mountains. The hosts are so thoughtful - firewood, a few snacks when you arrive, and space to just enjoy the outdoors. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great stay at the Wildflower

The Wildflower was exactly as advertised. Great house for my family. Grandchildren ages 1, 3, 5, and 15 plus 4 adults. Plenty of room. The house was clean and spacious. The Game room and Hot tub were a hit for all. Everything we needed was provided including a pack and play for the infant. Great views and good time had by all.

Fall Break Getaway

This was the perfect spot for us to enjoy a few days away for fall break. Our only ask would've been for the trees and foliage to be showing their beautiful fall colors, if only our stay was a few weeks farther into the cooler temps. The property itself, AMAZING. Most game rooms are a wasted space because their games frankly just really aren't good. Our kids and my husband stayed in the game room so much because the games were great and we enjoyed movie nights on the extremely comfy couch in the basement. Felt like home immediately, we loved it here!

Blue Ridge mountains are beautiful. Hiking, tubing, kayaking, waterfalls... all the things. But downtown Blue Ridge stole our hearts. The charm. The ease. The upscale simplicity. The friendliest shop owners and workers- when people love their town, it shows! You can ride the scenic Blue Ride train, walk up and down Main St., grab lunch at many delicious places or even a fancy date night at a steakhouse. Truly you need to experience this area for yourself. Report back!
