Text 707-951-5075, to let the property manager know you are leaving Golden Grove.Make sure all trash is bagged and put either in the kitchen can or the can under the outside stairs. Leave beds unmade.
If the Port-a-crib was used, remove sheet for cleaning before putting bed away. If the propane tank is empty, please leave it near the BBQ but not hooked up. Leave a 5 star review!
Leave all towels and washcloths on the floor in the laundry room. Do not leave items. The cost for picking it up and dropping it off at our local Mail Room is $30 in addition to the mailing cost.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We loved our magical stay in the Jedediah Forest. The house is in a perfect location, right near the river where we could let our dog run and play, and right in the heart of the giant redwoods. The house was clean and felt like home. (If our home was a log cabin in the Redwood forest) It was SO well appointed, we had everything we needed to make nice meals at home. The beds were comfortable too, we all slept like babies. We all hope to return and would choose this home again and again.

This place is the BEST location for walking/hiking the Redwoods. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. Good showers. And Howland Road is a right hand turn out of the driveway and a three-four minute drive to the dirt two track. Can’t beat it. Rent it!

We had a family of 12 stay in this wonderful home. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out, and the kids loved the game room! Very close to The Grove of Titans trail and walking distance to Myrtle Creek. We loved our stay and would stay here again. I loved getting up early and watching the birds from the living room. Beautiful!

We had problems with the smoke detectors. Two kept beeping and we had to go buy batteries and replace them. The house was overall pretty clean and we enjoyed it. Our only bigger complaint was that one of the upstairs bedrooms/bonus room definitely has a pet smell to it.

The house was well stocked from utensils to coffee items to laundry detergent. Beautiful house with a fantastic location. Everything was perfect with the exception of one bedroom had an uncomfortable mattress. All in all it was the best place we stayed on our 17 day journey. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend staying here.

Huge variety of different sleeping spaces. Comfortable and homey. Peaceful surroundings. Easy parking. Easy access considering remote location. You definitely feel like you’re smack in the middle of the redwoods. You’re not crammed in among a bunch of other rentals.
