The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure to return the pool keys to the key holder behind the door.
Leave the beds as they are and don’t forget to remove all personal belongings from bathroom and bedroom.
It is important to remove food from fridge and pantry and take the trash to the dumpster prior to departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking inside the property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, 30' away from front door and patio.
Per HOA rules quiet hours are 9:00am to 9:00pm daily and MUST be respected. No weapons or firearms allowed.
Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made with the host. Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately.

Great location and plenty of room

Great location. Close to Target and the mall. Plenty of restaurants nearby also. Liked having the videos to describe the property since we arrived late in the dark. Nice having the washer/dryer in the unit. Used the hottub and that was a perfect temperature. Pool was cool and we knew it wasn’t heated. Loved the full sized shampoo and shower gel. Tastefully decorated and good seating in the living room.
