A nice quiet stay at a lovely house in Moab. Property was as described, and everything functioned as it should. The only recommendation I have is if you're arriving late or off-hours, make sure the property manager will be available in case the door code doesn't work. The code I was given didn't work; it was resolved quickly, but if the manager wasn't available it could have gone very badly. Other than that, everything else was good.
The location was perfect for traveling to Dead Horse, Arches, and Canyonlands. The house was in a quiet neighborhood after a long day of hiking. Nice big kitchen. Two master bedrooms were ideal for our stay.
We had an absolute blast the home was clean and had everything we needed for 8 adults. We visited 5 national parks during are stay plus checked out Moeb’s downtown area it was an amazing town. Highly recommend!
Host(s) excellent in communicating. Overall home is nice, needs a little maintenance but comfortable. Limited space on parking vehicles (ie, full size pickups) considering no street parking allowed at any time. All said, we were pleased with our stay and enjoyed our family being able to gather for some fun.
Enjoyed our stay in this gracious home in the outskirts of Moab. It comfortably accommodated our group of 7. Wish we had been able to stay longer to enjoy all the amenities.
The four of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable, clean, nicely appointed and in a terrific location. This was home base while we explored the area. Tyler was very responsive and nice to deal with. I would highly recommend this home.
We used the home as a base for running various trails in the Moab area. We appreciated being able to use the garage and knowing that any gear we left at the house for the day was secure. This home is very close to the Steel Bender trailhead. The home was extremely clean and well provisioned having everything we needed for a group of 4 adults. If we were in the Moab area again we would definitely stay here if available.
This house is very nice and the location is also very good. We had 8 people in the house between the ages of 1 and 83 and the space was big enough for us. We had housekeeping issues upon arrival and management addressed them as best as they could considering the time of night. The hot tub was a nice addition to the house as was the charger as one of our cars was a Tesla. The only issue I have with the property is that the description said it had a well stocked kitchen and that couldn't be further from the truth. There was only one regular sized drinking glass (for a house that fits 8), pots and pans were in terrible shape and could not be used at all and many of the bowls and plates were chipped. We also had to wash everything we wanted to use as most of it was put away dirty. If these items are replaced it would make a major improvement.
