This is in a gated residential community, please be mindful of our neighbors, no parties, no events, or large gatherings, HOA requires quiet hours 9:00 pm - 8:00 am.

Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets, and cabinets that we have locked.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The living room was lacking enough comfortable seating. There was a couch and 2 chairs, it was hard for 4 people to relax after a long day out and about when there was not enough space to sit and relax. Overall it was a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Overall this was a 5-Star stay in Waianae with a minor downside of lack of furniture in the backyard to enjoy the sunny weather. House is clean and well equipped with a great view on the ocean. Totally recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay here with my family. The gated community is ~50 minutes from the airport but views are totally worth the drive.. Houses are brand new and still building in the neighborhood... Lots of peacocks while walking the neighborhood

The property and location are great, the only issue was the community pool wasn't available yet. The house had all the essentials and the instructions notes around the house were appreciated, most addressed questions we had which made it easy and didn't have to contact PM.

Beautiful Setting

We had the pleasure of staying at Marbella Lane in a stunning home nestled in the foothills of Mākaha, where we were treated to breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding landscape. After arriving after dark, we awoke to a truly awe-inspiring sight. The home itself was immaculate, with seamless access arranged by the manager, and the added security of a gated community. Overall, our experience was truly exceptional, and we would be thrilled to return.

this was so perfect, it was spacious and was soooo convenient and beautiful! they has washer/dryer, pool table, foosball table, huuuge bathrooms and huuuge rooms, very peaceful and just so beautiful.. the beds, omg evry night i slept like a baby!!! i would absolutely be coming back.. the entire family looooved it there as well! not to mention the ocean view?! sheeesh!!!! i love love loooove!!!!!!

Cumbersome check in and difficult electronic front door lock. Aside from that no complaints. Clean, Great view, and super comfy. Too bad about that irritating front door, and too stressful complying with all the registration requirements. The management did respond to the problem to our satisfaction. Quiet and safe. Clean. Has sand chairs, umbrella, beach towels, small ice chest. Some big games in garage for kids. Needs cards or board games. Kitchen is well appointed. Good tv and couch. One more couch for family would be nice. Extra blanket would be nice. AC works great, nice showers. Out back has hammock. Hot tub would be a nice addition. Has hose for rinsing shoes which is helpful. Overall would stay again! No concerns. No complaints. Everything works. Very clean.

Oahu review

We enjoyed the amenities of the house. One gate keeper was exceptional. The power did go out one evening I did not like the area where the home is located. There weren’t very good restaurants in the area. The beaches were concerning as many of them had squatters living there. Road construction caused some difficulty.
