Best place in town. We visit Aurora every year to visit our daughter. This year we had the pleasure of staying in this delightful 2-bedroom home. The interior is throughly updated and thoughtfully kitted out for the best guest experience. Extras include filtered water faucet and two outdoor sitting areas. We slept great on the deluxe mattresses and pillows with blackout curtains. Owner is attentive. He ordered a new water kettle for me and delivered it in person. Quiet at night. Highly recommended.

The pictures of the inside of the condo are accurate. It's beautiful. The yard is fenced and great for dogs. It is a condo. We did not notice neighbors in the other part of the home. I did not feel comfortable outside at night and I would not have walked our dog in the area without my husband along.

The unit was absolutely as described. The home was clean, comfortable and well stocked exceeding our VRBO expectations. The cooking utensils were nice and well stocked. The owner was VERY responsive with questions. Another huge bonus was we were allowed to bring our dog. The only draw back to the house was the location. The street frequently had questionable people walking down it all hours of the day. Traveling with my husband I felt comfortable but would not have if traveling alone. Again the unit itself is very nice, beds comfy, host is responsive and the unit does have a nice AC and washer/dryer which is also a bonus.

We had a wonderful stay here. We were pleased with how clean and homey this place was. The fresh flowers and coffee bar were such a treat. We were able to host a small bachelorette brunch for my sister and it was lovely.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It has more amenities than most places I've ever stayed. Just those little extra's that make the stay go smoothly, like extra trash bags and little coffees. Many, Many more at this place. Just Perfect. Also, we were there to visit a sick relative at the hospital, it was only 2 miles away. So very convenient for our needs. Loved it.

The neighborhood lays in manageable distance between downtown, the airport and several hospitals. It is quiet at night even though a couple of blocks north you will find "Colfax Ave", one of Denvers most lively and diverse strips.

What makes this property unique

This property has undergone intense remodeling in regards to safety, functionality, and aesthetics. The interior design makes it a place of peace and calm, perfect for relaxing, hanging out with the family and friends and great for cooking dinner to be enjoyed on the backyard patio.
