Lake Life 1BD at heart of GOTL. Bright & Airy and right off the strip.

Renovated in July 2023, this 1BD 1bath apartment is the perfect place to enjoy GOTL. It has it's own private entrance and deck to enjoy that morning coffee plus a shared back deck to enjoy that afternoon glass of wine. You can enjoy the music from the East side of the home from The Cove Club and Sportsterz from the West side. Looking out from the front porch, you can see the strip and all it has to offer. There are 2 fire pits (1 in front & 1 in back) to enjoy on those breezy nights. Bring your corn hole & other outdoor games to enjoy in the large shared yard. There is plenty of parking for all 4 units. The home is within walking distance to everything the strip has to offer.

Perfect place for two. Cute, clean rental property with all the needed amenities. Great location and close to everything. Owners communicated/responded to questions quickly. We would definitely stay again!

Weekend away

Everything was exactly as pictured and described. We only stayed 2 nights and were there for a wedding so did not use the kitchen except for morning coffee- however we could have easily made meals with all the supplies that are available! We found it to be just right for a weekend stay!!

Geneva on the lake was my first "happy place" 65 years ago!

This property makes it a happy place once again. Everything is just perfect! The decor, the bed, the outside spaces! You can walk to everything! We enjoyed wine country and two beaches! I can't wait to go back! So serene and beautiful! Thank you for a perfect 4 days! I hope to make it 7 next time!

Book it!

Great communication with owner, super cute place, amazing strip location yet set back so it’s nice and quiet. Would not hesitate to stay again. In fact, I’d seek this location out! Slight issue with cleanliness that I’m sure is out of the owners hands and more on the housekeeper side. Book it! I loved it!

Geneva on the Lake stay

Blinds to deck do not provide privacy as the are missing panels I the blinds. Gave owner direct feedback. They indicated items will be addressed including providing a flashlight as we did lose power due to a storm.

Weekend Trip

Upon arrival the unit had not been cleaned, the Owner Steve, answered the call immediately and had the issue resolved in less than an hour. Great location and the unit was tastefully decorated. The stairs to upstairs bedroom/ Bathroom would be the only reason we would not return for another stay, just too step for our old age ! lol. If steep steps are not an issue this was a nice place at a decent value.

Cozy Rental

Just stayed for St Patrick's Day 2024 (Fri to Mon)... Cozy rental with exactly what you need for a weekend. Couple of things to beware of; 1. Bathroom is upstairs with bedroom which is up STEEP steps. 2. Bed is made for a smaller couple since the bed might only be a full. Unit is definitely only for 2 people! Location is walkable to everything! Parking is no worries. Park right in gravel lot belonging to the property.. Pictures are exactly what the unit looks like.. SUPER clean... Owner was extreme nice and takes pride in making sure your stay is good. See you GOTL next year!!!
