This property is a multi-unit property. Three in total. With parking area. This lovely unit has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with modern furniture. The other bedroom has two twin beds, with all new furniture. The unit has all new appliances. It has a beautiful patio with a BBQ area and a mini refrigerator.

All tenants at this location are genuinely nice and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and well-family-oriented. Mostly retired and nice. The owner of the property lives on-site.
