We had a great visit to Imperial Beach and the San Diego area. The location near the beach was amazing and the beach chairs, towels, and toys were a nice perk. We loved spending time on the balcony, too. There are breakfast spots nearby, good pizza across the street, and plenty of shops to check out within walking distance. The space was clean, inviting, and just what our family of 4 needed for our vacation. Thank you!

Perfect little place!

Very clean,perfect location and host responded quickly for any questions.Had everything you needed. Within walking distance to the beach and little shops and location to the pier. Would highly recommend.

I was surprised to not get the instructions until my day of in. ( the day I flew in)I was very unclear re directions but I guess that was on me, therefore it took a while to find the place. I was also unaware that it was over a block of colorful shops and that the entire block was “700”. That info. was not disclosed in the description or my directions. It would have been extremely helpful and saved me a lot of time and anguish. It also would have prevented me from ranting in messages and phone calls to the host. At least he responded quickly. I also had difficulty operating the lockbox due to poor instructions. The unit itself, once I finally gained access, was clean and cute. Very minimal kitchen, so don’t plan on cooking anything.It was over a record shop, which blasted music everyday over speakers during their entire open hours, but nighttime was quiet.It was just a few yards from the beach, but only had a street view. Overall it was fine for just a few days. I would suggest including a photo of the front block to avoid confusion, better bathroom lighting , cleaning the dust off the ceiling fan in the living space and better lockbox instructions.

Communication was excellent and the place was great.The only downside was the internet was REALLY slow and sometimes there was no internet. TV was constantly buffering. The host tried a couple of times to get it fixed, but was unsuccessful. I would contact the host to see if he changed providers and corrected this issue. Otherwise it was really nice.

Super Location

This is one of my old Navy days stomping grounds. Walk to the VFW, FRA, drive to American Legion. Beach, you are around the corner from it. Somehow I missed no designated parking. Was not a big deal, parking on street, was fine.
