Wonderful stay

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. We had a sports event in Chula Vista and the condo on the beach was wonderful to come back to. All you could need was there, even shower gel.

Relaxing Getaway

This property is perfect for a small family, the host is absolutely amazing and left snacks and fresh fruit for our stay. The property has a warm pool and nice hottub, the only reason I deducted a star was due to the cleaniness, It was decently cleaned but we found items under the bed

The condo was spectacular! Very clean, spacious, and had a lot of extras to make it even more convenient. The view was incredible. We loved listening to the ocean waves and watching the dolphin !

The entire building is undergoing a multi-million dollar makeover with our unit scheduled for August 2024, including new tilt-in windows that will allow us to clean them after each guest. Currently, I hire someone to clean the windows twice a month as they are not accessible from the inside of the condo."

Beach sounds all the time’

Watching the waves crash from this well stocked and comfortable unit is a treat. Not only do you get two parking spots but the condo also has a pool and hot tub too! Quiet and comfortable provides you a nice place to relax. Easy to get to Gaslight district, Seaworld and La Jolla. Recommend Whale watching, we saw lots of sea life on our trip! Highly recommend.

Beautiful View

Former roommates reunion where we lived 55 years ago. Appreciated the elevator and large water jug to fill our bottles every day. Kitchen was large and well equipped. The one bathtub was slippery with no grippers on the bottom and no hand rails.

Fab beach view!

The place was exactly as described in the description. The location was ideal for walking to the pier, restaurants and of course the beach. We have stayed at this location before at another unit so we were familiar with the area. If you decide to shop for groceries there is an Grocery Outlet not too far and the outlets are also not far. We will definitely be back to IB! Thank you for the late checkout accommodation! Frank was great!

Great location

Host was amazing with communication and instructions. Beach outside window(2nd story), could enjoy the sounds of the ocean and the sunsets, easy area to run in street band beach. East access for biking on the strand and to Coronado. Relatively quiet, there is a issue with some persons who come and party but found that it quieted around 10 or so, and yes there is a homeless population but usually not too much of an annoyance. Well stocked, comfortable, clean. A few great eateries close by.

Enjoyed our stay in Imperial Beach! The condo looked just like the pictures printed! Spacious living room with a fantastic view of the ocean! Kitchen was well stocked and beds very comfortable! Building itself is in need of some work and they were actually starting painting and improvements while we were there! Enjoyed IB! It’s a small low key walkable town with good food choices! Also must note the communication with the property manager was excellent! (Frank thank you for answering any questions we had so promptly)!! Would definitely stay again!

beautiful view and great amenities

There are plenty of pros. We absolutely loved seeing the ocean from the living area and appreciated the stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were as described, and check-in was a breeze. We were especially happy to check in early and stay late on the checkout day. Communication with the owner was easy. There are many restaurants within walking distance, and groceries are just a few minutes to drive. There were plenty of beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, and beach chairs. Unfortunately, Imperial Beach had poor water conditions (contamination as well as strong currents) our entire trip. Mission and La Jolla beaches didn't have issues and were just a 30-minute drive. Cons: The last two nights, a noisy group stayed above us, and the walls are thin. There are lights right outside the bedrooms so the rooms do not get very dark at night. Imperial Beach often has contamination. None of these are deal- breakers for staying again.
