Delightful sunny two-bedroom historic home! Private drive to house. Nestled 1 block from majestic Halifax River and 2.5 miles from the grand Atlantic Ocean. Full kitchen, living room, bathroom, screened patio-downstairs- and use of spacious yard. A few miles south is historic Beach St., Main St. and Ocean Walk shopping, and the 1938 Bandshell. A couple of miles north, along picturesque Riverside Drive, is historic Ormond Beach! Come and relax, walk, kayak, fish, surf, paddleboard & enjoy!

Internet needs upgrade. Bathroom between rooms was different but manageable. Location great. Eagles impressive. Affordable.

Enjoyed our Stay

Came to play pickleball at Pictona. 1 mile away. Very convenient. 2 story house and the rental is downstairs. 2 BR, kitchen, LR, esting area. Very clean and comfortable. Wasnt sure where to find the key but a quick csll to the owner (upstairs) took care of that. Many food options nearby 2 blocks off rt #1. Would definately stay again. Got a gold medal and 4th place finish at Pictona. :-)

My passion for the story of the United States inspired this endeavor. I am a professor of American history and I have taught for 25 years. I must throw a Reenactor of revolutionary war and Civil War and many other historical characters. I am an avid paddle border love the ocean, which is only a few miles away. I enjoy teaching people about American history and telling the stories that shaped our nation.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is only one block from the intercoastal waterway and eight minutes from the beach of the Atlantic Ocean, Ormond Beach, and Daytona Beach. Beautiful neighborhood nestled between Ormond Beach and Daytona Beach. Full of parks and the Riverside ocean nearby.
