Centrally located apartment in Beautiful Noe Valley! Walking distance to public transportation, shops and restaurants. 1000 square feet with 200 square foot private deck. Leave everything at home! We have included a mini office with laser printer, desktop computer with internet access. Soap, Shampoo, Laundry detergent too!
Edwardian home. Private washer and dryer inside of the unit. The bright, large deck is private. Sliding glass doors in the living room open up to the deck. Bedroom has sliding glass doors that open up to additional deck in the light well. Kitchen features dishwasher, garbage disposal, gas oven & cooktop.

Furnishings include tv with cable in living room and bedroom, Queen size , memory foam sleeper sofa in living room.Memory foam mattress in the bedroom with Queen size bed. Luxury linens and towels, fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs!

Central location in Noe Valley neighborhood:
Walking distance to coffee shops, cafes, markets and public transportation. Walking distance to 24th Street shops and restaurants, BART, one block from J-Church Streetcar. Easy freeway access to 280 and 101. Street parking permit is an available option for long term renters for an additional fee.
