Beautiful & enjoyable stay with pool minutes to Disney and other theme parks!!!

Welcome to our enjoyable home!
Located in a safe and friendly neighborhood in the Indian Creek community. This beautiful cozy and relaxing pool home has everything you need away from home, nice and well equipped kitchen for those who prefer to cook their own meals, but still close to nice restaurants and hangout spots, and shops, minutes from Disney and other theme parks.
The home is considered
Self-Catering. All bedding and linens are provided as well as the basics to get you started on a great vacation.
You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries, and cleaning supplies you may require during your stay. The home is equipped with a washer and dryer for your use.
**Indian Creek community has its own tennis court, basketball court and children's play area. Indian Creek really is one of the most convenient
communities for the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, the Animal Kingdom and the rest of Disney World. Optional fees
Heated pool: $32 per day charge with minimum of 5 booking days. You will receive a request for payment within a week prior to check in. The pool will be automatically heated to 78-80 degrees F from 09-09pm for your enjoyment.

**Pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components. These components can sometimes malfunction.
Hosts and property management, and the homeowner cannot
be held responsible for any malfunctioning heater or failure of a heater to maintain set temperature during periods of your stay. Please inform us immediately if your pool heater does not appear to work properly. No
compensation will be given for a malfunctioning heater.
The management will do everything in its power to rectify any problems with malfunctioning equipment as quickly as possible.

Pack and play and high chair provided for your convenience, please clean up and put away prior to check out
Small BBQ (charcoal not included): provided for your convenience, please clean it after use. Otherwise, a $25 charge will be requested for cleaning.
Pls let us know in advance which will be used so payment will be sent separately prior to check in.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take all trash out and place in TAN lid bin, recycle items in BLUE lid bin. Pack and play and high chair provided for your convenience, please clean up and put away prior to check out.
Small BBQ (charcoal not included): provided for your convenience, please clean it after use. Otherwise, a $20 charge will be requested for cleaning.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties No fireworks on the property
Please place used linen or towels in washer before leaving. Please place trash in the appropriate trash bin.

Loved the area this house was located in.Close to a lot and when I say a lot there’s tons of places to go out to eat,places to shop and Disney was only 15 minutes away and truss me in Florida that’s pretty close.would stay again.

The house was perfect and communication with Michael was great. The location offers easy access to everything Orlando AND you don't feel like you are living in the Chaos!!!! The neighborhood is delightful - I went for a one hour walk each day and then came back and relaxed by the pool.

We had a great stay during our Orlando trip this month. The home was as presented online. Our group of 7 had plenty of space without feeling the least bit crowded. This place was perfect for our family of five—three adults, one teenager, and a 4-year-old. The house was exactly as described and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The Mickey and Minnie Mouse-themed bedroom was especially adorable and a big hit!After long days out, the pool was the perfect way to relax. The drive to Disney World was quick and easy, which made everything even more convenient. There’s also a grocery store less than a mile away, along with plenty of nearby options for dining and gas.The home truly had all the amenities we needed, making it feel just like home. On top of that, the hosts were very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Highly recommend!!

A Beautiful Home

We stayed in Michael’s home for 9 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Any questions or problems were addressed immediately. The home was close to all attractions but the location was in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds. We’d definitely stay again if we come into town again
