The home served it's purpose of a roof over our heads. The cleaning person needs fired. There was a used condom & trash in a bedroom trash can. The hot tub hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. There was a plastic bag tucked in the standing hall light. The bedroom lamp needed repair. The bedroom TV didn't work. The water in upstairs bathroom was not hot at all. We arrived late, after a concert, so owner wasn't notified, as at that point, it would be impossible to fix anything or find someplace else to stay.

The host demonstrated exceptional hospitality and understanding. We hosted my mother at this residence for a slumber party, and there were no complaints. The house was immaculately clean and conveniently accessible. I would gladly extend my stay here again.

Host was great to work with. But property was not cleaned good. Air vents very dusty. Pee around toilet floors sticky. Pretty sure beds were not washed. Hair in them. Cigarettes found around downstairs bed. Hot tub was clean and warm. House was beautiful and great neighborhood. But hopefully they find a different house keeping.

A really nice house, clean and well kept. Neighborhood is older but nice and quiet. Close to highway and lots of restaurants. The owner was very responsive and great to work with. I plan on using this VRBO again in future. Backyard was fenced in and I might bring my pets next time.
