This is a great property for large families or an adult group that is familiar with one another. The 4 upstairs bedrooms are great with a great kids bunk room. The only drawback to the 4 bedrooms upstairs is the one bathroom. But there is a half bath downstairs in addition to the very nice bathroom in the master suite. The property is about a half acre and although not groomed is very useable. All in all this is a great property with a very caring and responsive owner.
