Pros- clean, walking distance to downtown Snohomish, host was responsive and good communication Cons - as with an apartment walls are thin. Can hear everything from other unit. Last day was woken at 5 am. No outdoor space and what little yard there is it is not maintained suggest someone at least mow! This unit does not have access to carport and street parking can be a challenge especially if you come back at night
