Waterfront luxury tiny home near Amsterdam with spacious private garden

On the Vinkeveense Plassen you will find this beautiful and especially quiet place with a spacious south/east facing garden.
This large garden is private and the house is equipped with all the comforts. Our private garden is surrounded with fences for your privacy.

There is airconditioning available, which can cool the whole house.

You will find in this garden a large dinnertable with 8 comfortable chairs, a large loungeset, a gas BBQ, a bench next to the water and two sunbeds/beanbags.

The space
This beautiful chalet with views and swimming jetty on one of the cleanest waters in the Netherlands is very close to the big city of Amsterdam.
The cottage is 50 m2 and there is privacy for the neighbors in the house and garden.

The house (with garden on the southeast!) is situated on the well-known Vinkeveense Plassen. Due to its unique and central location, the house is easily accessible and the experience gives a feeling of holiday, privacy, peace, luxury and freedom.
The large garden is 230 m2.

Of course, this location is particularly suitable for lovers of water and nature (boating, fishing, sunbathing and swimming). We can connect you with a boat rental to explore the Vinkeveen lakes!

This home has been completed last year (2023) and is therefore brand new and equipped with all the comforts. The home features 6 official sleeping places (1 queen bed and 2 bunk beds), a sleeping sofa (max. 2 persons) and 2 baby cribs (60cm x 120cm).

What to expect during your stay at this property:
- Kitchen with all amenities (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, pans, utensils, etc.)
- Bathroom with all amenities (shower, toilet, washbasin with 2 taps)
- Flats-screen TV, you can use the wifi on your own Netflix account
- Free internet (WiFi)
- Blackout curtains in the bedrooms for an optimal night's sleep

You can also use during your stay;
- 2 bikes
- handcarts (which are at the front of the park)
- Pepper, salt
- Towels for the number of people you book
- Clean bed linen and sheets for the number of people
- Children's toys and games (for boys and girls)

Environment and fun things to do:
- The Vinkeveense Plassen is busy and known a recreation and nature reserve
- The Ponds are characterized by the laying fields and the ring of 12 sand islands
- Sailing and windsurfing
- Day trips by motorboat, boat or cruiser
- Water sports (water skiing and wake-boarding)
- Nature reserve Botshol explore with canoes or whisper boat
- Sunbathing and recreation on one of the many public beaches on the lake
- If you want to visit the city during your stay, you are in 20 minutes in Amsterdam and within 30 minutes you are in the center of Utrecht.

In short: the ultimate place for a relaxing time on the water, very close to the big city!

Other things to note
You must walk 700 meters from the parking lot to this location.

It is not possible to arrive at the property by motor vehicles. Since you are on the tip of the Vinkeveense Plassen, you will find total peace. Enjoy nature, birds, ducks and pure tranquility.

We have 3 free bicycles at the property, with which you can cycle to the parking lot.
You can park these bicycles at the parking lot.

There are 10 large handcarts available on the park, which can be used free of charge.

It is possible (for a fee) to let you drive to the accommodation with you stuff in a golf cart.
