Newly remodeled, New AC, paint and furniture & flooring. Our condo will be the perfect fit for your Maui vacation. Just steps from the beach and great shopping/restaurants. This place is the ideal location to maximize your time here on Maui.

The condo has a great loft for the kids or a couple. We have recently replaced the flooring with new tile and carpet, painted the entire unit, and replaced the furniture with contemporary pieces that make for a unique setting. We have added air conditioning

The space

Walk out at noon or at dinner and there is a really good food truck parked in front of Worldmark (go left to the stoplight) the fried calamari plate is amazing! ABC store is a 2 min walk from the condo. If you want groceries there is a Foodland, Safeway and of course Costco not too far of a drive away. Great snacks at the Rainbow shopping center just past ABC store (shaved ice) you must try a Kihei sunset shaved ice! Go out at 7 am to try stand up paddleboarding, the water is smooth at that time! Trade winds start at 12 noon in the summer til about 2/3 pm. Great snorkeling at the beach across the street, Kamaole 1. Go early and walk to the far left side of the beach to see turtles.
Want to see a Luau? You can purchase tickets at the visitor center at Maui Vista. Or, just stroll at sunset near the walkway path by the Marriott and you can watch a show for free! Want to play volleyball? Walk across the street to Kamaole 1 and you have beach volleyball! Do not miss our famous Maui sunsets! Walk across the street to the beach and bring your camera! Welcome to paradise!

You will have access to the entire grounds of the condo project, which include 6 tennis courts, 3 pools, and 3 bbq areas. You are steps from the beach and "the cove", a great spot to learn how to surf. Surfboard rentals are available just across the street.

Other things to note
Price includes the mandatory tax that every visitor must pay and also allows an on-island management team that can assist with any issues that you may encounter.
Also ...Remember that this is a tropical environment and all condos sometimes do get little bugs. We do our best to take care of these things! It’s Maui!
