Off-grid Tiny Homes located minutes from Center Hill Lake and Caney Fork River. Water is solely sourced from captured rainwater that is then cleaned and purified on site. Multiple covered areas for gathering with friends or savoring your morning coffee. Enjoy cooking in nature using the outdoor kitchen equipment with a cooler stand, mini fridge, charcoal grill, and propane griddle. Teardrop driveway for ease of use in case you decide to bring your boat! EV charger onsite as well.
The space
This is a 5 acre property with gated access for your peace of mind. There is a second tiny home next door available to rent upon request. Same layout and square footage. The outdoor space is shared between the two houses.

Fun Little Getaway

Kitchen outlets were not all working. We had to plug the fridge into another outlet to get it to turn on. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated all of the little luxuries provided within.
