We had an excellent stay and made some memories that'll last forever. The manager, Jesse, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We'd definitely stay again.

Host messaged me all I needed, nice place. It was pefect for our needs this winter, thinking it might even be better this summer. 10/10. No notes.(If you get the chance to stay here in the winter, if you get the chance, it's a gorgeous walk during the day.)

Family Vacation

Perfect location for a small get-together. The private beach was wonderful, with a very quiet pond to kayak and swim. The house was just what was needed, with plenty of room, and outdoor space for grilling and socializing.

Relaxing

We loved our first stay here, our kids had so much fun using the paddle boards and kayaks and trampoline. (The trampoline could’ve used some more air as it was really slack our last day there) We had a really good vacation and look forward to staying with you guys again in the future.

Perfect house for a friends trip!

We were a group of eight adults and stayed here for five days. It was the absolute perfect set-up for us: -large beautiful kitchen with plenty of room to cook -big dining table where all of us could eat together -a big couch where we could all sit together and watch on the massive tv -enough rooms and beds so that while some people shared a bunk bed, no one needed to share a double or queen bed -wide roads where we took leisurely walks -about 15 min from the grocery store Highly recommend this property! We had such a wonderful stay.

Plenty of space for our family of 11 and dogs; we enjoyed the Pickleball courts, swimming, all but Grandma learned and had fun on the paddleboards, and the kyacks and canoes were used. The grille was slow for outdoor cooking, but the deerflies were the worst! Like to find a repellant that worked. We even used the Large screen TV to watch Wimbledon on a rainy morning, and had table tennis tournaments, as well. We plan to return, and thank you for the Golf Cart, a fun ride for 5 little girls.

Clean, fresh, ideal for families

Super clean. Modern kitchen. Game rooms. Outdoor fire pit, gas grill, large green area. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Beautiful enclosed porch to enjoy sunrise. Plenty of bedrooms, linens, towels, blankets and TV's 😂. Beautiful crystal clear lake with sandy beach, canoes, kayaks and paddle boards. Host was only a quick text away and Caretakers were extremely friendly and helpful. All in all a great family vacation home and spot. Thanks Nick (and team)

# of Bathrooms incorrect!!!

The house has been updated and was very nice and clean on the inside. The biggest complaint is that the listing is wrong!!! It states there are four bathrooms and that is incorrect… There were only 2 1/2 which was a huge inconvenience for us. We had a lot of people and chose that location, even though it was farther out than what we wanted, because it had four bathrooms, so we were struggling the whole week with only two showers and 10 people. The extra 1/2 bath didn’t even have a mirror so we couldn’t get ready in there. There were no washcloths nor extra blankets but they did have some sent up after I contacted the host and asked for them. There was an issue with the furnace the day we arrived, but they had someone come fix it the next day! Overall the house was nice and roomy and the owners were nice and very prompt to take care of our needs. The biggest factor for us was the listing being inaccurate as far as number of bathrooms. Other than that we had a great time!

4/10 Poor

The host was attentive at first and replaced a very old air conditioner that broke (it was in very poor condition and should have been replaced a long time ago). The house had dirt in the couches and dead lady bugs by the windows, and mold on the AC units. The bathroom shower did not drain and had black on the grout. We had to purchase mattress toppers for the bed because they were so hard and springy we wouldn’t have been able to sleep on them. ( my dad is older and would have had to leave). The bed frames are make shift. The host did offer to send a cleaner back, but at that point it is awkward to have someone in the house with you so we took care of if ourselves. They did offer to pay us back for the mattress toppers but hasn’t responded since and I am hoping to get reimbursed. The pond is a decent distance from the house and the one golf cart provided was a little sketchy and loud (not idea for kids to ride on down the steep trail) Over all everything was a-little warn down, It was very over priced. If I had paid less for the stay I wouldn’t have been as disappointed / dissatisfied. But for the high price there is a certain expectation that comes with it that this home just did not meet.

The size of the home was ideal for our large adult family and grandchildren. The golf cart was a big hit as was the pond with its many toys and amenities. The home, itself, was clean, and as a bonus, Nick makes sure there are personal items in every bathroom in the event a toothbrush or razor is left at home. Tastefully decorated and furnished, it lends a feeling of home. We had a glitch with the outside grill, which was not in working order, but other than that, there were no other mishaps. The home sits in a beautiful and quiet spot, allowing opportunity to relax and enjoy family time.
