Furniture and balcony surface needs to be cleaned. View is lovely but there is a street to cross to get to the beach.

Family fun

Nice size to accommodate 3 couples & 2 young children. Floors were dirty (not Sandy). Could not walk barefoot or feet would be black. Showers need deep cleaning. Sliding patio door was very difficult to open or close

Just okay

Pros: Great view. Nice balcony space. Beds were comfortable. Easy parking. Pet friendly. Cons: Appliances were dated and loud. Toilets ran on and off most noticeably during the night. Living room furniture was dingy and had an odor. Only a k-cup coffee maker so we went out and bought a regular coffee maker. Master bathroom shower door was in the closet and a makeshift shower rod/curtain was hung in its place. Probably wouldn’t rent this particular unit again

Best location w/ private beach access

The property definitely met our expectations for a beach getaway that was convenient our family of 3 adults, 2 little kids, and a pup. We wanted to be beachfront with an easy walk to the beach and a view from a balcony - we got that and more. The private beach access was directly across from the property which was truly a plus because it kept the crowds at bay. The stay also comes with beach service - two chairs and an umbrella - so no need to really lug much to the beach. It was definitely more than enough room for us which was nice for all of us to spread out after a long day at the beach. All 3 spacious rooms had comfortable king sized beds and pillows which is rare to find in other listings. More than enough towels and sheets were provided. A few things to note for improvement. The floors were really dirty. This wasn’t from the sand nor was anything visible on the floor. Within the first few hours of our stay, my kids feet were black from running around the condo. I didn’t bring them spare slippers so they just wore socks inside and those were just as dirty. I think a good thorough mopping is needed in between stays.
