The apartment was clean, comfortable, and inviting. The location was within walking distance of the river walk and other downtown locations. The building was clean and seemed very safe. Angela was very quick to respond to any questions and seemed genuinely interested in making sure our stay was enjoyable.
Cozy little efficiency, clean and well appointed with everything you need. Wonderful location on the main plaza in a nicely restored hotel building, facing the Cathedral and a minute from the Riverwalk. Highly recommended!
The room was perfect for our short stay. The room was absolutely adorable and comfy. It is a small space but it is all we needed. The location is also awesome and close to so many things. I would highly recommend and I will be looking to stay here next time visiting the river walk.
So cute & perfect location!! Host is very responsive & gave great instructions on parking, getting to room, etc.
We had a great time & will definitely be back!!
This property and manager were awesome. All questions were quickly answered. A perfect location for enjoying the Riverwalk, the San Fernando Cathedral and light show and the culture of San Antonio including the San Antonio Camino mission walk. A wonderful stay for two.
This owner has attended to every detail to make this place warm and welcoming. Bed is super comfy the entire place was spotless and the kitchen had everything that we needed. We walked over to the River walk numerous times for dinner/drinks. My only suggestion would be to change the entry bookcase to a low bench where luggage could be placed. Thank for a great stay!
Super clean and great location! Appreciated how clean and clean the room was. But although we adored the decorating style there was no room to put our stuff. 10 throw pillows not needed in a room thatbsize. cute the room was.

Thank you for your review. Thank you for your review. While there are throw pillows, there is ample space under the bed for you to store them if preferred. You also overlooked mentioning that there is a closet available for storing your belongings. Please keep in mind that this is a studio space, which is similar in size to a standard hotel room but in addition, it has a kitchenette
Was right on the river walk but I felt that parking pass or something should be included for the price. Bed fell apart bc there was a screw missing but my husband was able to fix it. Feel like Netflix or some type of streaming should be included as well.

This guest was not easy to host and unfortunately caused issues that are not typical for our property. The bed in question has never had any problems in any of our units, and upon inspection, it appeared the damage was due to jumping causing alot of damage.
Parking is clearly outlined in the listing — guests are responsible for their own parking, just as they would be at any downtown hotel. As with any downtown property all over America, parking is to be considered when staying at a highly bookable location.
We take great pride in maintaining our units and providing clear expectations. This guest’s comments reflect a sense of unrealistic demands rather than genuine issues with the property.
The location was perfect! You’re within a 20 minute walk to everything San Antonio has to offer. The room has an old school feel and is covered with South Western style!! Parking was nearby, and although we had to pay, it wasn’t terribly expensive. My wife and I loved it and would definitely recommend checking it out!
There is nothing to dislike about this rental. Great location next to the Riverwalk, super cute and cozy, and priced well. There is a parking lot one block from the building that is perfect and since you’re paying such a great price for the rental, the added cost for parking still doesn’t put you anywhere near the nightly costs of a Riverwalk hotel and parking. Perfect!
This property is a cozy one. We were mostly touring around so the smaller space didn't matter. It have a small kitchen which we didn't use afterall. The manager was responsive and helpful. The only odd thing was the entry which is to apartment complex with surrounding business and sometimes the entry way had a random odor related to any one of the businesses.
The current larger bed caused some space issues. However, everything was as advertised. We had a great experience and took advantage of everything being in walking distance to the Vrbo.
Small, very cozy. Parking was not the greatest but host gave specific info that was helpful. Outdoor community patio could have been cleaner, more kept up. Mexican restaurant next door was open early and had great food. Good service also! Was close to river walk and cathedral. We had fun.
We definitely will be staying at this location again! Exceeded our expectations & more inviting than an a hotel! The kitchenette and silverware available was great, we didn’t have to go get plastic ware. The only downfall was the parking. There isn’t a designated parking garage or lot. You have to find parking and pay. Parking lot next door is very expensive but street parking is easy if it’s not a busy weekend. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay & look forward to staying here again in the future.
Nice property, very clean and well appointed. Great location too, property backs right up to the River Walk (right by the Locks of Love) and even has a cute roof top patio on the 2nd floor that overlooks the river. The only reason I did not give it a full 5-stars is because there was just so much stuff in the room. It's cute and nicely decorated, very clean but there was just no room for our things. We had two large suitcases and there was no where to put them. I would recommend removing the settee and putting a luggage rack there and removing all but maybe two of the throw pillows. A table in the bathroom would be nice to set toiletries on also. Other than that, it was a nice room and a great location. The host was very helpful too and easy to reach when I had a question.

There is a spacious closet that guests have the option to store their things in as well as under the bed storage. Suggestions that there is no place to store your things is inaccurate and misleading to guests. This is a STUDIO space and is as large as a Standard Hotel room. Since furnishings are a matter of personal preference and everything is as pictured, this guest may want to consider a more cookie cutter hotel room for their next stay.
