Gorgeous fully furnished, 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo on Ocean Isle Beach's much sought after Starboard condo complex on the west end of the Island. Open living room and dining area that leads to a covered deck overlooking the pond. The kitchen and bar areas are painted in inviting coastal colors and have granite countertops. No carpet. Starboard By The Sea has 3 pools, one ocean front, private beach access and tennis courts. Ocean Isle Beach features a museum, mini golf, kiddie play area, restaurants, novelty shops and of course, the soft sand beach ready for you to search for sea shells, fish off the pier or just relax on the beach listening to the waves. LInens and towels are included, so just bring your bag and relax.

We enjoyed our family beach vacation at this condo. Great location, easy walk to the beach. The condo was clean, spacious for our group of 8, and had all the basics we needed for the stay. The host was very communicative. We had a wonderful time.

Condo was at the farthest point away from the beach. Real long walk. Had roaches in room and master bathroom was totally clogged

Ed left my unit door wide open, a refridgerator full of food, trash cans full, literally beds and tubs full of sand, and worst of all he took the spare key set with him and had to get them mailed back. My cleaning lady sent me pictures as soon as she arrived at the condo. When i tried to call him before he got too far to get the keys i was thrown to voicemail mutliple times. It was a big deal because i had another family coming in that afternoon. I share my vaation home with multiple families a year, and the way my home was left and abused was by far the worst I've seen in 3 years of ownership.

Enjoyed our stay at “Just Enough”. Condo was clean and appliances and electronics worked as anticipated. Outdoor pools were well maintained and the walk to the beach access was short. Especially liked the rockers on the porch!

A week at the beach

I loved the location. Bed was comfy in main bedroom. Third bedroom was tight space. I loved sitting on the outside deck overlooking the pond and seeing intercoastal water.There were roaches in the the central bathroom.

Nice Long Holiday Weekend!

We enjoyed our stay at “Just Enough” for a long Memorial Day Holiday weekend. My husband and I shared the condo with my son, daughter in law and grandsons. The condo is nicely decorated, the kitchen is well stocked with anything needed to prepare a meal. There is a tennis/pickleball court beside the condo and a swimming pool close by. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes or so to Starboard By the Sea beach access which also has a nice oceanfront swimming pool. This was our favorite beach/pool area. The area was quiet and very family oriented. Our host took immediate care of a situation upon arrival. We would definitely return again.
