About this property
Gorgeous 3 bdrm home in Rockridge, walk to everything!
I am returning to work in refugee camps for 2+ months and am subletting my beautiful home. Excellent location close to UCBerkeley, walking to Safeway, shops, cafes, restaurants, buses and BART. Enjoy my spacious, sunny, furnished well appointed craftsman home (circa 1906) in this coveted area of the East Bay. Quite, safe neighborhood.
Laundry on-site, WIFI, TV in living room (including several streaming platforms), & a gorgeous sunny backyard.
I am seeking a visiting professor, grad student, nurse, med student (no pets) to enjoy this unique property while I am away.
This is a great situation for the right reliable, responsible person and a great deal!!! All utilities covered, but please be thoughtful of water and gas/electric usage.
Dates are September, October and the beginning of November, but are flexible.
If interested, please tell me a little about yourself and what you are looking for (occupation/focus in the Bay Area).
