Located walking distance from Venetian Gardens Park which has boat ramp, volleyball court, marina and walking path. Quiet neighborhood suitable for walking, jogging and biking. Near to various holiday events including bass fishing tournament. House has 3bedroom ( 4 beds - 2Queen and 2 Twin) and 2 full bath (one with tub and another with walk in shower) can accommodate up to 6 people.

Disney World and beaches are an 50 min. away.

We had a great stay here. The property is just as advertised and the photos don't do it justice. It is super clean and a great location with parks and lakes within walking distance. It’s super close to Main Street as well. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying here. There was plenty of space and very clean. The location was great, in walking distance to Venetian Gardens. We would stay here again.

Loved the neighborhood, playground, and house. Loved the convenience of the location for us - as my husband was fishing in the MLF tournament. House was super spacious and well stocked.

Very nice house on a corner lot and in walking distance to a local park. We had some difficulty with the internet however the property manager/owner was easy to contact and got things rectified in short order. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay - we will definitely keep this place in our files.

Comfy Place

This place is perfect! The location was spot on for my son’s fishing tournament. There was plenty of space for us to pull the boat into the drive as well. The home was comfy and well stocked with all we could need to cook dinners each night. James even met a special request. We will be planning to come back here again!

Excellent location

This is a quiet neighborhood very near beautiful parks and the lake that the Dragonboat races we were in Leesburg for were held. We ate at The Ramshackle Cafe, Mamma Mia’s Pizzeria and McCracken’s Irish Pub…all of which served delicious meals! The house is well maintained and decorated in a sort of retro manner in keeping with the style of the building. It seemed larger even than described on VRBO. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our host, James was easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly and respectfully.
