Walk out to the beach access and settle in on our award winning sugar white sand beach. We supply everything needed to enjoy a relaxing beach getaway.

Enjoy the property grilling area. We have beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels for our guests. We believe we have thought of everything to make your visit stress-free and memorable.

The view of the ocean is a little obscure but you are very close and only walk around a parking lot to reach the beach. The condo had everything we needed. Our vacation was perfect

Place is clean and has all we needed for a 3 night stay. Great location as walking distance to the water but view was mostly obstructed by tall buildings surrounding the property. Inside was comfortable and very vintage beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Lovely beach.

A 1 minute walk to the beach. The condo had everything I needed including beach chairs and umbrellas! Very comfortable. Perfect size for my solo trip. Restaurants and bars right across the street. The trolley can take you anywhere else for just 2.25. It was a perfect getaway :)

This host has been terrible about contacting me when I questioned why there were cockroaches (dead and alive), and asked for a refund. The check in states I would receive info a few days before my trip; however I didn’t get it til the day before. The check out process was simple but literally no confirmation from the host. I’ve contacted both the host and VRBO support and have been ghosted by both. Also, the bedroom was missing the smoke alarm that was showed in the picture. Completely unsafe for those that stay there. However, I liked the location. Would choose Hamilton house or somewhere else besides this place next time.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We did communicate with you throughout your stay regarding your concerns and responded to your messages. As explained, we have a professional pest control service that treats the property weekly. In Florida, palmetto bugs are unfortunately common, and it is not unusual to occasionally see one, especially after a treatment when they come out and die. We understand your concern; however, the issue was reported on the final night of your 5-night stay after you had already enjoyed nearly your entire vacation. At that point, you requested a full refund for the entire stay. While we are always willing to work with guests to reach a fair resolution, we were unable to agree to a full refund under those circumstances. Regarding the smoke detector, guest safety is extremely important to us. The detector was present and operational, and any concerns about safety would have been addressed immediately had they been reported during your stay. We appreciate your comments about the location and wish you the best in your future travels.

Great little place for a short stay. The beach is right around the corner, and there are plenty of restaurants/bars within walking distance. We had a small issue after arrival, but the owner was quick to resolve it. We will definitely be back!

This is a super convenient location where you can walk to everything! We never needed a car our entire trip! The beach is extremely close and not crowded at all! Having the chairs and umbrellas provided made it so easy to pack up and go to the beach! We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!
