Cheerful 2-bedroom garden home with hot tub
Tranquil getaway in Beachwood Canyon minutes from the action of Hollywood. Five-minute walk to Beachwood Cafe and grocery, laundry and post office. Easy access to Hollywood, Los Feliz, 101 Freeway, close to the bustle but feels far away. View of the hills from the hot tub on the upper deck. Outdoor fireplace for romantic evenings outdoors, working BBQ for grilling. Quiet neighborhood of working writers and creatives, no party-people please. Great for writers and quiet couples.

Classic 1926 Beachwood Canyon bungalow. Spacious yard with a hot tub on the upper deck for stargazing or morning dips. Cozy quiet bedroom downstairs and a loft bedroom/office upstairs. Separate television room for movies, TV, or yoga if you prefer. Those who know Beachwood love Beachwood :) Also includes a parking space!
