Location great, but

We arrived to a very neglected house in dire need of a good cleaning. Rugs need to be replaced. Ceiling fans had probably never been cleaned. Since we were staying five weeks, we decided to hire a cleaning service and together got the place livable and safe for breathing. Other than that, it's a great location for activities and the neighbors are very friendly!
