Welcome to our lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment nestled in the heart of beautiful Thousand Oaks, CA.

In order to ensure a worry-free stay we collect a $500 refundable deposit. The deposit will be returned, 7 days after checkout day, if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay.
A few things to keep in mind, receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property. Lastly, please please remember that you're staying in a private unit, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we do not have anyone living on-site and we will not provide service between 10 PM-8 AM.
We are available via text, call, or email from 9 am to 9 pm and provide an emergency after-hours telephone number for your convenience.

The city of Thousand Oaks is situated in the Conejo Valley in southeastern Ventura County, halfway between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara, and 12 miles east of the Pacific Ocean. Although Thousand Oaks has several shopping centers, including the Janss Marketplace mall, The Oaks mall, and W. Thousand Oaks are made up of Russell Valley, Hidden Valley and the steep rugged slopes of the Santa Monica Mountains. The region experiences a warm-summer Mediterranean climate. Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza is home to two theaters: the 1,800-seat Fred Kavli Theatre and Ray Scherr Forum Theatre.
