A few things to keep in mind, receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property. Lastly, please please remember that you're staying in a private unit, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we do not have anyone living on-site and we will not provide service between 10 PM-8 AM.
We are available via text, call, or email from 9 am to 9 pm and provide an emergency after-hours telephone number for your convenience.

The city of Thousand Oaks is situated in the Conejo Valley in southeastern Ventura County, halfway between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara, and 12 miles east of the Pacific Ocean.
