If you enjoy a quaint cabin that has a lot of privacy and is close to hiking, biking and shopping then this is it. It was very well maintained, friendly and chock full of charm. We loved our stay!

Clean Cozy Cabin in Quiet Area

We planned a quiet Christmas getaway for the family to get away from the big city. This location was perfect. Easy to navigate to and from the address provided. We wanted peace and quiet and that’s what we got. We arrived at the perfectly clean cabin, dressed up with Christmas decor which was just perfect for the holidays. Opening presents on Christmas morning meant we didn’t miss out on anything. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The large supermarket was not far away so we got all the food items we needed for our stay with no issue. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms had perfect temperature from the programmed heating. We enjoyed snow tubing and visited the Sugar Mountain Resort for the fun activities. Overall a perfect, quiet family getaway in a charming mountain cabin.

This A-Frame was a great house for me and my 2 daughters to enjoy. I gave them the big bed and I took the full in the loft. It does only have 1 AC unit but leaving it on in the kitchen and the tree cover still allows for it to stay cool enough and the weather was in the upper 80s during the day. My only complaint was the washer/dryer, Since it's a combo, the dryer runs extremely loud for the first 10 minutes to get all the water out. Patience is key. Otherwise, it's a great house and great for a quick getaway to the mountains. It's .3 from the parkway and the Mexican restaurant around the corner is great. So close to Grandfather mtn., Linville falls, and Upper Creek Falls among others. Pet friendly was a plus as we brought our dog, and the house was clean to where you didn't know it was a pet friendly house (other than the dog treats the have out for the renters :) )Would rent again!
