Nice pool warm heated without extra fee which is great. Ended up staying a month. Kate was super cool and easy to communicate with. Brand new washing machine went out and they replaced it quickly. Close to everything. Very private. Nice pool table. Easy in and out. Will be back for sure.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this vacation home! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to super comfy beds. The best location for shopping, restaurants, beach adventures, manatee park, shell factory etc. The pool and the pool table were perfect for entertaining everyone. The stay we had was amazing, the house was so well stocked, beautifully decorated and clean! I loved the layout of the house lots of room. Lot’s of eateries close by. Perfect Getaway

The property was the perfect getaway to catch up with some friends for a couple of days. The house was very clean and it's very spacious. They have plenty of cups and cookware if you choose to stay in and cook meals. I would 100% recommend this for anyone looking on VRBO in the Cape Coral area.

Christmas Stay!!

We had an excellent visit to Cape Coral. This house was perfectly stocked with everything needed from the kitchen to the bathrooms and the bedrooms. The location was great for restaurants, shopping and beaches. The pool table, pool and bicycles provided plenty of home entertainment. Plenty of beach chairs and coolers provided for beach days. Owner/Property management was amazing to work with! Would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting the Cape Coral area.
