Regarding cancellations less than 60 days out: a full or partial credit may be offered at the owner's discretion for a future booking.

Terry the host was very kind, responsive and prompt in getting back to us. Tom, the tech guy, helped us on Sunday morning to access our football on tv. It is a great space for hosting local family members for dinner. The layout, with rooms on opposite ends of the house, provided privacy for each couple.The view of Lake Havasu is beautiful!
