LONG TERM EXTRA CLEANING FEE (MORE THAN 3 WEEKS) Dear guest, I am so glad you are staying long term! I will strive to make you feel comfortable in your new home away from home.
For long term guests, we will charge in advance an extra $75 fee that will be paid to our dedicated Cleaning Crew after your check out.
However, we have good news for you! If you kindly leave the unit with a ‘normal cleaning condition, this extra fee will be refunded 3 days after your check out. Note: A ‘normal cleaning condition’ means that our crew will take the average of 3 hours to clean, more than that time they charge me extra per hour spent.
This long-term cleaning charge will be requested after your booking. We don’t need to explain further since we know you understand this, and will take good care of the house as if it was yours! Thanks for that!

The large fridge and freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, and all the utensils needed to cook will make cooking delightful. Also provided are sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, ground and instant coffee, English tea, napkins, and aluminum foil. Cleaning supplies also available such as Clorox wipes, Lysol, and paper towels.

This modern bathroom provided with toilet paper (2 rolls), 2-in-1 shampoo, body wash, and air freshener. We also provide one bath towel, hand towel, and wash cloth per guest. If you need more, please bring an extra or ask me in advance for additional accommodations. This will help maintain low cleaning fees. Remember if you need more just let us know in advance.
For any additional items, enjoy being just blocks away from the Walmart Neighborhood Market.
