CSU, restaurants, 20 plus local Breweries, and Old Town are a quick drive away. This light, bright, open floor plan is your home away from home. Two private rooms upstairs with plenty of closet space, access to a Jack and Jill bathroom. Private patio off the master. Cozy up in the living room watch a movie or play the piano. The basement contains private laundry amenities. The kitchen features, a brand new fridge, microwave, dishwasher, soap disposer, brand new range, a fully equipped kitchen with wine glasses, and a Keurig coffee maker for quick and easy cups of morning coffee.
There is a powder room on the main floor and a full bath on the second floor with a tub.
