Exactly as described.Spacious 2B/2Ba with lovely kitchen excellent common space(s) and patio which we didn't sit out on but allowed for a lot of light and spacious feel. Great location, 24h Doorman, and great hosting communication. Would stay here again on next trip

This was a very beautiful and comfortable property, located conveniently to shops and restaurants. The place was surprisingly quiet, has a great gym, and a 24-hr doorman. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. Highly recommend!

Very nice place that is well situated near Roma and Condesa. Spacious, gorgeous patio, and nice building. Our only issue was communication lags with the host which created stress. Would stay here again with our two kids (only my wife and I travelled this time).

Very large, clean and comfortable apartment with a huge out door patio! Good location and security. Check in and out was easy breezy. We had a bit of a lag with communicating with host but once we connected they were very responsive moving forward. Would recommend for sure!

The property is exactly as advertised and the location was perfect for us. It’s very quiet despite being near some busy roads. Beds are really comfy. The outdoor patio is huge and beautiful. Communication with the host was easy and they were very responsive.

Exceptional stay! The space exceeded expectations and looked even better in person. Great location to numerous walkable restaurants, shopping, and train stop. Security was kind and quick to assist with the door. Coffee grounds and cookies were tasty. Only concern was timing in learning about how to check-in, but such a small issue in comparison to an overall outstanding stay. Highly recommend!

This place is situated in a very nice and safe location in La Condesa, close to transit, restaurants and shops. There is entertainment nearby but it is very calm and quiet at night.The residence itself is very spacious and clean with two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine provided and two living room areas. You also have access to a nicely equipped gym with various weights and machines. We stayed here in December and it was a bit cold but they do provide two small space heaters which help.

Overall enjoyable. We had difficulties checking in even though we communicated in advance about the timing of our arrival. Communication was slow. Hearing even though advertised was 2 little space heaters for the whole place.

Fabulous place, great location

It was so nice coming back to our apartment after a busy day in the City. It is really spacious and we loved the huge outdoor patio. Definitely one of the nicest neighbourhoods. Lots of tree lined streets.Great having security to let us in.It would have been nice to receive checkin details 24 hours prior to arriving as we had some difficulties accessing internet when we arrived but the host and security guard were able to help out.

Great apartment in a great location. The apartment was very clean and fixtures were in working order. In the city of outside noise was minimal. The outside living space was very comfortable and made the apartment feel very large. Bed, towels, utensils, etc. all good. No complaints!

Great place to stay as we were concerned about noise but it was very quiet. We loved this place for our family and less than 10 min walk to some of our favorite spots by Mexico parque. Highly recommend!

House was well described and exceeded our expectations! Great location, very spacious, really comfy beds, 2 living rooms, laundry, great kitchen, spectacular terrace with beautiful morning and late afternoon sun but shade always available. Lots of seating and a table on the terrace too! One can have a city experience with a kind of resort feeling too because of being able to sit outside so easily. Can’t get that in a hotel! We went with our daughter and partner and there was lots of room for independence. Two king beds, 2 bathrooms, so we were never on top of each other. Lots of storage so multiple pairs of shoes and suitcases were completely out of the way. Internet was not working when we got there but someone came right quite quickly. When they couldn’t fix it they returned the next morning and it worked well after that.Location is fantastic. A short 6 min walk to fabulous restaurants, Gia, (and many more on that street) Cardomme, snd Quietude just 2 doors down had the best coffee we found and a great breakfast and sandwiches.Absolutely loved this place!
