Close to it all

I loved staying at this property. The listing was accurate, the kitchen reasonably equipped, the bed comfortable and it was close to everything I was interested in. The walk to Downtown and the Plaza was around 20-25 minutes. I'd happily stay here again if I come to Santa Fe.

Location, location, location!

Ideal location. Close to everything. Quiet neighborhood. A few nitpicky things to make the stay more comfortable: another chair in LR, ceiling fans, quieter AC, larger bed, chest of drawers, non-leaky iron and real ironing board. But location makes up for the above. A great weeklong stay.

Very clean, well appointed! Need better accommodations in front of home to sit outside. Couldn't sit on metal chairs as paint was chalky and came off on cloths. Otherwise a cute place!

The residence was in the perfect location for our daily walks to city- center. The neighborhood is very pleasant and quiet. In fact, each morning we would sit out on the front stoop with our morning coffee. The walkers and joggers all had a " good morning" to offer us, which was very pleasant . The home was perfect for us. It was very (!!) clean and had everything we needed to "live" in it for our stay. Oh, too, soon after our arrival the cleaning person stopped by to be sure everything was ok. We thought that a really nice, above and beyond, thing to do. Communication between us and the owner was excellent too. This experience is why we choose VRBO properties. Thank you!!
