Gas fireplace, large dining area, and laundry. 240 steps to private beach access on Lake Michigan. NO WEDDINGS or PARTIES. 3 bedrooms upper level share 1 large full bathroom with double sink and soaking tub, 1 bedroom main level with full bathroom with shower, family room in lower level with 2 full-sized futons and full bathroom with shower. Allergen free indoor environment. No smoking. No pets. No weddings. Beach not suitable for boats.

You have to see it to believe it. Truly, this property is incredible--a unique location in a beautiful county. We used to visit the Leelanau peninsula regularly and fell in love with the natural beauty of the area.
What makes this property unique
Leelanau County is home to people who choose to be here--artists, entrepreneurs, culinary experts, farmers and orchardists, wine-makers--successful people who are live here because they love it, too, and they give the area a unique culture. Locals are friendly and enjoy sharing their 'little piece of heaven on earth'. Despite being in a rural setting with unparalleled quiet and natural beauty, this property is near everything from National Park to golf courses to live entertainment to award-winning dining experiences.
