Large fenced yard for the kids to play, Back yard is fully turfed. Large outdoor porches are fully furnished with ample seating for the whole family. This house is a great property located on the west side of 30A where it is known to be tucked away from all the congestion. This home is located on 30A, just cross the street for the bike path. The home comes with 8 bikes. All beach gear is included, chairs, towels, cooler and ice.

The custom kitchen has a beverage center- no need for the refrigerator to cool your drinks, dedicated beverage refrigerator. Ice machine and all high end appliances. You will not run out of anything at this house. Plenty of dishes and cutlery. New gas grill. Multiple seating areas around the pool deck, plenty of longe chairs as well.

Cafe lighting drapes the mature pine trees in this yard, plenty of play space for the family, cornhole set up available.

This home has been professionally decorated with top of the line furniture and plenty of storage and lots of light enters the house through all the windows without losing any privacy because of the mature trees on the property.
