Peaceful and safe neighborhood. The condo is off the main roads, in the Bethany Bay gated community, nestled between the golf course and the bay.
There is a small beach area in the community, as well as a walking trail.
The Bethany Boardwalk is about 5 miles away and the Delaware State Park is about 10 miles.
There are nearby walking trails, and great opportunities for birding at Holts Landing State Park, as well as at the James Farm Ecological Park.
