Conveniently located by a market, local restaurants and easy access to the freeway. Just a few minutes from grocery stores (Ralphs, Food4Less, Walmart, Trader Joes). 11 Miles from the Hollywood Bowl if you want to catch a concert. 10 Miles from The Griffith Observatory. 17 Miles from Santa Monica Beach and 9 Miles from Universal Studios. There's plenty of good hiking trails to take on if you're into nature.
