Great 3 bedroom 2 bath room available in the beautiful Rio Del Mar area. Enjoy the sea breeze in the morning and blue skies in the afternoon. The place has a nice deck in the front and plenty of space in the back for outdoor furniture. Parts of the backyard are covered under the roof and can be enjoyed even when it is foggy.
The house is partially furnished with a new 55' TV, a BBQ, kitchen appliances, two queen beds and one king bed plus some other smaller pieces. It has a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The place is available all of October, November and December for a three months lease.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is moving to the area, spends an extended period with family or is here for a temporary work assignment.
The house is partially furnished with a new 55' TV, a BBQ, kitchen appliances, two queen beds and one king bed plus some other smaller pieces. It has a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
