This house is suitable for one family with children or simply for 6 persons. It is perfect with 3 bedrooms and attractive sitting room. Everything from World Wide Web is available by a computer with ADSL internet access and 17' LCD screen. Especially the private magnificent big swimming pool (8 x 4 meters) with terrace offers absolutely enjoyment and relaxation. Inside the house you find an equipped kitchen, 2 toilet, bathroom with bath tub and sunny-side terrace outside. Place for parking outside is available. Not only in Summer, in spring, autumn and winter as well, you will be satisfied. We do not hide any costs out of the showed price, you see total price for your stay. Only pets are not allowed, because the interior and garden are valuable.

Rarity: The hill Kozakov is world known place as habitat of precious stones, which are polished in workshops in Turnov. Kozakov offers ideal conditions for paragliding.

Tourism: In the Bohemian Paradise are a lot of marked trails for walking or biking, many castles, rocky cities an forests. It is the perfect place for tourist activity. Shopping possibilities: 2,5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 1 km.

Fantastic holiday

We had a fantastic holiday this summer at Pavel’s house who is a wonderful host and who is always happy to help and is quick to respond. The house is located in a very picturesque and private spot - a perfect place if you want to have a relaxing time. The pool is a massive bonus, especially for children and we all looked forward to having a dip in the pool after a day out. There is plenty to do in the area and nothing is too far away, I would be very happy to return in the future as there is so much more to see.Thank you for having us.

Schön gelegenes, erholsames Ferienhaus

Wir haben dort zwei wunderschöne Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist idyllisch und ruhig gelegen. Herr Vanatko ist ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der seine Gäste mit selbst gebackenem Kuchen empfängt und für alle Anliegen Tipps und Anregungen parat hat. Der überdachte Pool ist natürlich ein Highlight des Hauses. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ruhe, Erholung, Natur mit Pool

Es waren 14 sehr erholsame Tage, Ferienhaus ist sehr schön gelegen, rundherum Natur und Ruhe, große Dusche, Toilette extra, bequeme Matratzen, der Pool ist das Highlight des Ganzen, wurde jeden Morgen vom Vermieter gereinigt. Der Vermieter Pavel ist sehr freundlich und nett, spricht sehr gut deutsch und hat uns sogar mir selbstgebackenem Kuchen verwöhnt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal dort.

Nettes Haus in toller Umgebung

Die Vermieter sind überaus freundlich und wir haben als Begrüssung leckeren Kuchen bekommen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden und bei schlechtem Wetter haben wir die Sauna genossen.. In der Umgebung gibt es viele historische Sehenswürdigkeiten zu entdecken, wie die Burg Trosky oder die Burg Kost, aber auch viele Aussichtpunkte die die tolle Umgebung zeigen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Alles war perfekt in diesem Objekt. Wir habe uns richtig erholt. Im Vorfeld hatten wir einen super Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Herr Vanatko hatte alles perfekt für uns vorbereitet und es gab sogar als Begrüßung selbstgebackenen Kuchen von seiner Mutter. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber. In der Küche war alles vorrätig. Absolutes Highlight waren für uns der Pool und die Sauna Danke nochmal für alles und wir sehen uns definitiv wieder.

Herzlich zum Entspannen

Der Vermieter ist superfreundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Haus ist rustikal eingerichtet und könnte in manchen Ecken etwas sauberer sein aber dies ist ok. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Zu empfehlen ist, gleich einen Komplettpreis für die Sauna zu bezahlen, denn einzeln ist es doch etwas teuer. Wir haben zudem vom Vermieter, also genauter von der Mutter des Vermieters, 3 mal Kuchen bekommen. Was auch positiv ist, obwohl der Vermieter direkt nebenan wohnt, bekommt man von ihm fast nix mit. Aber er ist immer erreichbar. Auch in der Umgebung gibt es ne Menge zu erleben, da sollte für alle Altersgruppen was dabei sein.

Bei verspäteter Ankunft problemlose Absprache und sehr gute Wegbeschreibung, so noch nie erlebt. Sogar selbstgebackene Apfelküchlein! Am nächsten Vormittag, dann Übergabe und Einweisung sowie Ausflugstipps mit Wegbeschreibung per Mail. Kinder haben den großen Pool ausgiebig genutzt. Zwischendurch brachte die Vermieterin noch einmal Kuchen, zum Abschied sogar ein nettes regionales Souvenir. Haben einen Tag verlängert.

Wonderful place in a wonderful location

Very nice property, located in the middle of The Czech Paradise. The house has good planning inside, with bedrooms separated from the common areas and each other, plenty of common areas. The patio at the pool is fantastic for relaxing during the day. The pool is superb! Easy access to the roads and surrounding sights. Most importantly, Pavel is one of the best host we have ever encountered: welcoming, accommodating and super responsive. This place is great for relaxing at any time of the day, especially after a long day of sightseeing. I only wish the Internet had been a tad more reliable. Make sure not to bring time-sensitive tasks with you that require access to the Internet, but then again - why work there in the first place?! Pavel said that the connection will improve soon.

Nettes Ferienhaus, Freundlicher Vermieter

Das Ferienhaus ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen Kuchen und eine kurze Führung durch das Haus. In Sauna und Pool lässt es sich gut entspannen und der Vermieter erklärt einem mit einer Karte was man in der Gegend unternehmen kann. Bei Problemen kann man auf die Vermieterfamilie zugehen und bekommt schnelle Hilfe. Wir waren zu viert und sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft.

2 Wochen Familienurlaub in den Herbstferien

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Sauna und Außenpool. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir waren zu sechst im Urlaub (mit Kindern und Großeltern) und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir werden gerne noch einmal wiederkommen.

Ein toller Urlaub in einem tollen Haus!

Wir waren rundherum zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub in diesem Haus. Es ist sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Highlight war natürlich der Pool, der dank der Überdachung auch bei niedrigen Temperaturen noch nutzbar ist. Der Vermieter empfing uns äußerst freundlich mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen, zeigte uns das Haus und gab uns wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Wer einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub verbringen will, der ist in diesem Haus goldrichtig. Vielen Dank nochmal für den schönen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gerne wieder; es gibt noch soviel zu sehen.
