This a very comfortable, very spacious 2-bedroom 2 bath beach front condo approx. 1475 square feet. It is located on the third floor of this complex. There is a private 30-foot balcony that faces the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom faces the beach, and it is furnished with a King size bed. The spacious guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds, and the living room has a queen size sofa sleeper. This unit is beautifully decorated with plantation shutters on the balcony windows. Gives it the feel of the Keys with the views of paradise. There are TV's and DVD players in each room and WI-FI internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. The cabinets are well stocked for the family that loves to cook. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the separate laundry room for your convenience. This unit offers complimentary beach service for your pleasure.

Great place!

Condo just as described and very spacious. Location was perfect for beach access and to pier/boardwalk without being toooo close to the pier where the cool marine life like to hang out. Balcony was big and great view of the ocean. It was a contactless check in since we arrived after hours but the instructions/info were clear.

Pretty Good

Only issues with the property was the dish washer quit working a few days in and the sink leaked with it. Only two trash bags were found in the whole condo. Other than that nice beds and furniture. Comfortable seating. If you’re taking small children, it is highly decorated with small trinkets. The rest of the stay was perfect.

Overall the property is nice but the unit we stayed in had roaches in the kitchen and utility room. From what I was told by the managing company the whole building had an issue with them. Pest control did come while we were there. We couldn't leave any food out on the counter and I am just hoping we didn't bring any of them home with us. The one guy that was setting up/taking down the beach service was a bit rude. I was waiting for the condo code to come through and finally called the managing company and was told I had to come to their office to get the code. This was my worst stay in Okaloosa and I have been there at several other condo's off of Santa Rosa. The views and beach were still amazing.

The building had multiple issues such elevator repairs all week, poor WiFi connection if and when it worked, must bring your own trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels...I understand buying groceries, but one would think they could Provide more than two trash bags for seven day stay for a family of five. Overall, unit itself was nice. Gorgeous view from our balcony. Chair service and guys were very nice and friendly. Great location!

Outside was not wonderful, but once inside wow, the view of the beach was spectacular....great space for us...large balcony....we loved it...nice and clean....the only thing we were missing was a kettle...but yes we would be back...easy access to the beach...which is great as my hubby has limited walking etc...beach was so clean and great for kids We would have stayed for ever...loved it...thank you Alicia
