Sea Pines Serenity! 3BR/2BA, community pool/tennis/pickleball, near beach/golf.

Our beautifully decorated, recently remodeled pet friendly beach home is centrally located in Sea Pines Plantation in the private Greenwood Forest neighborhood. The home provides quick access to all Sea Pines amenities including the Beach Club while still providing a peaceful relaxed setting for your stay. The home also has close walking access to the famous Harbour Town Golf Course which can be used in the mornings and evenings for picturesque walks or bike rides - in addition to the world class golf. The Plantation Club with Atlantic Dunes and Heron Pointe golf courses are also right down the road.

This comfortable home has all amenities on 1 floor including 3 bedrooms with King sized beds, and 2 full bathrooms. All bedrooms have wall mounted TV's.
We are very proud of our luxury linens and comfy bedding! All comforters are covered with fresh duvet covers for each new guest. There is a large family room, dining room and eat-in kitchen, as well as a beautiful Carolina room surrounded by windows. The home is surrounded by decks including a new Weber grill and a screen porch off the master with new hot tub! The Greenwood Forest neighborhood has a private pool, tennis/pickle ball court, basketball hoop and playground for residents and guests. We are pet friendly with a $200 pet fee. There is also a driveway for your vehicles and a garage with beach chairs, umbrellas, and cooler for your use.

Quiet escape from Pennsylvania winter

We had a wonderful stay last week in Michelle’s beautiful home. The pictures don’t do it justice - so spacious and open, with plenty of room for 3 adults, 2 kids and dog. The home had everything we needed, from plenty of towels, extra pillows, a fully stocked kitchen, beach bag, beach chairs, etc. we loved the location too - convenient to Harbortown, South Beach, and the beach club. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Peaceful family getaway

Sea Pines Serenity is a great option to stay in Sea Pines. The house itself is updated and was spotless on our arrival, we had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. The bikes provided were brand new looking and worked great for the short ride to the beach. I would highly recommend staying here. Jason was a great host and all our questions were answered promptly. Wonderful!

Beautiful home, well equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the Carolina room…several times we viewed a deer walking through the yard, very quiet and peaceful! Great neighborhood for walking our dog, and close to both Harbor town and South Beach. Highly recommend this lovely home.

We enjoyed a week with our adult children and dogs in this beautiful home. It was very clean and in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The owner provided a welcoming basket as well as being quick to respond to my communications both before and during our stay. It was especially nice that we could bring our dogs. My family and I love to vacate to Hilton Head every summer and love to stay in Sea Pines. This house was perfect for us. We arrived to a very clean home that looked just like the pictures. It’s in a great location and had everything we needed. The owners were very nice and responsive. The beds and linens were very comfortable. We felt right at home and would love to stay here again. Perfect Vacation Home

My husband, sister-in-law, and I had a WONDERFUL time on our HHI vacation and loved staying in this house. The home is beautiful (we loved the decor) and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic and so close to the beach club, just a few minutes drive. We loved going on walks around the neighborhood to enjoy the beauty and peacefulness it offered. We saw deer in the backyard each morning while enjoying breakfast which was also lots of fun. I would definitely love to come back and stay here again. I only wish our vacation had been longer!!! Thank you, Jason, for a fabulous experience!

Great house in the middle of Sea Pines

We had a wonderful time staying at this house located in the middle of Sea Pines. It was a quick bike ride to Harbor town, beach club, stables, and the nature preserve. The neighborhood pool and playground were great to have access to as well. The house has been very nicely updated and had great space for our family with three children, plus our dog. The bedrooms and baths were spacious and we enjoyed using the enclosed three season room for games. The kitchen was well stocked and it was nice having access to the garage to store bikes and beach toys. Michelle was great to work with and we appreciated getting the Sea Pines passes in advance to make checkin easy. This was a great house for a week full of family activities.

Christmas Break

Owners were fantastic, very attentive, but to be honest we didn’t need much. Great welcome setup/package, the house was completely as advertised … and CLEAN. Perfect amount of space for our family of 5 plus 2 dogs (one small/one medium) … the Carolina Room was awesome! The fact that they had a Christmas tree for us to setup was just a great touch on this holiday break. We like to make our meals and the kitchen was stocked with all the right tools. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for what we wanted … close enough to walk or ride bikes to Beach AND Harbortown, which we did many times. Great experience.

Family Vacation

Our vacation included my wife and I plus our daughter’s family of 4…her husband and 2 children ages 13 and 10…and her small dog. We all had a wonderful week in Hilton Head. The house was just right and conveniently located in Sea Pines. Very nearby Sea Pines had a pool and tennis/pickleball courts. The house was properly cleaned and had an excellent layout. All appliances, sinks, toilets, etc. in the house worked properly. The hot tub was great. It was well stocked with cups, dishes, pots, towels, beach chairs, etc. also there were bicycles in the garage that the kids loved and used to go to the beach and roam the neighborhood. The sun room was particularly nice when we felt like enjoying a cup of tea or coffee or a glass of wine. The owner provided a welcome basket and was communicative and responsive. We ended up with a week of great weather and thoroughly enjoyed the house. All in all a great family vacation.

Generous Abundance

Generous abundance is how our son and his family described their stay at this home. My husband and I stayed in another home in the same neighborhood, but we were over at the house on several occasions. It was everything and more they needed and wanted. The layout and space was perfect for multiple generations, and the neighborhood amenities were great. They thanked me several times during the week for this amazing family time. Great Home

Our family stayed here for the week. As nice as the pictures look they still don't do the house justice, it's a really great home. The house had everything you could ask for, not too hot 1st thing in the morning for the hot tub and the back sun room is awesome. Spent 90% of our time in that room. Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable, plenty of games and nice that the light switches are labeled in certain areas. The garage is a great place to store bikes and has a nice size Sport-Brella that can be used as a normal beach umbrella or a half tent. I belive there were 6 or so beach chairs and all were in great condition, all the stuff needed to build and castles on the beach, a hard sided cooler and a beach bag. Pretty much everything but food and drinks and you're ready for the beach. Michelle was great to work with, very responsive and the welcome basket was great. Location was a 10 minute at most ride to the beach and is a great central location to where you're never really far from bike riding other than maybe South Beach but still wasn't that long and riding bikes is part of Sea Pines. Definitely a top home for our family for next time we come down.

Perfect family vacation!

We had an amazing family vacation! The property is so beautiful and very well stocked. We loved riding our bikes everywhere and only having to use our car twice the entire week. The owners are so friendly and easy to work with. We can’t wait to return next year! I highly recommend this rental!!
