We had a nice stay at this home. This VRBO was spacious, had plenty of bedrooms for larger groups and the kitchen was well stocked and maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and the patio had a gate to keep our dogs safe.However, the master bathroom shower had black mold inside and the shower head in the lower bathroom, was barely working, this was not expected and was inconvenient for our stay. I hope the property managers will fix these issues for future renters.

Pictures do not do justice to this property. It was beautiful. BIG KITCHEN. Walk in shower could use a little extra cleaning due to moisture but over all the whole house was very clean.

Absolutely Wonderful!!

This home is amazing!! My husband and I stayed with our 2 kids this summer and it was perfect. The rooms were huge and beyond comfortable. The house was immaculate and everything we needed was at our fingertips. Communication with the property manager was amazing! We loved our experience so much, we will definitely be staying at this property again! 12/10, highly recommend!!!

I smiled all the way in.

Pictures can be deceiving, but in the case of the Blue Spruce, they did not mislead. It was, actually, even better in person. Great location, parking, and amenities. AvantStay was a wonderful host company and their communication was top notch. It was fun for my whole family, including the grandkids. My trip was cut short, but the family stayed and I will definitely book again.

Perfect family getaway

This house was everything we were looking for. The hosts were very responsive and my family really enjoyed their time here. From the moment we walked in, the thermostat was set perfectly and we were welcomed with AvantStay swag. (very nice touch). We used the grill, the fire pit, the board games, foosball table, baby gate (to keep our dogs from running out) and the fire place. It had everything we needed. The only recommendation my mom would make it is to have a full body mirror. Other than that, highly recommend this lovely home and would book again.

We rented this home, hoping for a relaxing stay in near Lake arrowhead for our nieces wedding. The location is convenient. The home is nicely laid out with a master bedroom on the first floor and two other bedrooms on the lower level and bunk beds located in an open area for additional guests if needed. The home was enough space for our party at four and it’s in a quiet location. Communication started well, but the stay was uncomfortable overall due to a nonworking air conditioner (interior temperature reached the 80s while it was 90 outside). We had to buy fans from the grocery store to cope. I followed up multiple times with no resolution or updates on Saturday, and on departure Sunday they asked about a technician for the thermostat which was too late for us as we were departing. Post-stay request for an update regarding the thermostat went unanswered at the time even though we were told we would be followed up with as a result of the thermostat not working. The exterior also needs attention; dead plants blocking the walkway and dead leaves/flies in the windowsills. We wouldn’t book again, but our Lake arrowhead trip was otherwise wonderful.
