Enjoy the amenities at the Windmark Village Center that includes a community resort style pool, fitness center, shops, restaurants, playground, firepits, green space, and over 2 miles of nature trails around the property. Enjoy the quiet beaches with multiple boardwalk access points. New Pool and boardwalk to the east in North community is just a 4 min walk or the new boardwalk to the west is just 2 min walk. Public beach access is available 1/8 mile to the west of the home down the cart path.

Garage is stocked with 4 beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, floats, 2 skim boards for kids, 4 beach towels, cooler, fridge for overflow food/drinks, freezer for any fresh caught fish/scallops and a ping pong table and corn hole set.

Parking for 3 cars, 2 in driveway and 1 in garage, street parking is not permitted and will be ticketed by community security patrol

Outdoor shower just outside the garage area to rinse off sand, beach toys, beach equipment.

Just 5 miles away allows for easy access to the marina's in Mexico Beach and Port St Joe for fishing charters, scalloping, and crabbing. Guests can fish from the beach or the local piers. Fishing licenses may be required, check local requirements.

Just 15 minute drive away is great surfing at Cape San Blas.

Bike rentals are available at the main Windmark Village Center to ride around both Windmark South and North communities, R&R outfitters.

Golf cart rentals also available in the area, dealers located in both Port St Joe and Mexico beach.

Age restrictions: registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all guests part of the reservation. Registering guest will have to provide ID verification and must stay the entire length of the reservation.

No smoking is allowed on the property.

Home/community are located in the eastern time zone.

Community has quite hours from 10pm to 8am.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay
