Kitchenette with a full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, waffle maker + water dispenser. Wifi available and a Smart TV for streaming! Small-scale backyard with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill, perfect for a peaceful setting while you enjoy coffee, a glass of wine or grilling something yummy! Managed by Heavenly Hosts

A fantastic location if you’re looking for a quick trip out to the plethora of the hill country wineries, but also want to remain close to everything Main Street has to offer!

Guests will have access to the entire cottage, backyard and covered carport. Nothing is shared with the main house.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, Hidden Cottage is tucked behind the main house in the alley. Access to the parking is also in the alley, there is a covered carport.

Hidden Cottage is a short 5 min drive to Main St. & downtown Fredericksburg! We do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!



Other Things to Note:

- This property is suitable for children/infants. Please know the cottage is not child-proofed. We don't provided a crib or pack-n-play.



- This property is NOT pet-friendly.



- Security Cameras: There is one underneath the carport, facing the alley and another one on the front door facing the alley as well.



- NO SMOKING ALLOWED



- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.

Perfect Overnight Stay

This property served as the perfect base for a family of four to spend a little time in Fredericksburg. It was very comfortable, clean, and welcoming. It was very thoughtfully stocked. The kids appreciated the snacks, and the water cooler is a genius touch. No need to buy bottled water. We would stay here again.

Comfortable and cute

The house is so cute and new. Had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable.The only complaint is that the rooms didn't stay cool in the middle of the night. Overall we would go back and stay again.

Super Cute and Cozy

We all like it. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious. The ambience was charming. I have knee problems and that first step of the entrance was difficult, luckily we have a step stool in our truck. The frosted glass bathroom is nice but I would not advise anyone standing in front of it while unclothed since it’s kind of transparent. The ally entrance is dark at night. I definitely will be back because it’s that adorable.!

Great unit - questionable neighborhood and security

The property was clean, adorable and accurate to website photos and description.The bath towels were thin, old towels like from a cheap motel. No extra towels or hand towels which got wet within the first half day with three people using it.The keypad door unlocking system has a code. It never changes between guests. It is part of the property information notebook and posted in the unit.Any previous renter could come back at any time knowing the code and enter if they really wanted to or share with someone else to use. That made me feel not as safe there.

Regarding the keypad and your safety concerns, we want to reassure you that guest security is a top priority for us. The keypad code does remain the same; however, we’ve never experienced any safety concerns or instances of unauthorized access to the cottage. Additionally, the carport is equipped with cameras to enhance guest safety, and we have never had any security issues at the cottage. Wonderful Little Cottage

We loved this cottage! However we booked it because the listing said it is 7 min from Enchanted Rock, but once we received the address we realized it is 27 minutes from Enchanted Rock. That's was pretty frustrating, but not a huge deal. I wish the listing would have said how difficult it is to park large vehicles in this area. My husbands truck didnt fit under the carport, and thankfully hes an amazing driver and was able to very carefully back in without hitting anything in the very confined alley. Once booked, we received directions on where to park because the VRBO address is actually the hosts home, and the listing is for a cottage in the backyard. GPS had us coming from one way, and the directions they gave us of how to get to the cottage only came from the other direction (but doesn’t say which direction it is). Again, a small inconvenience to have to turn around, and retrace steps to find the alley, but it was midnight and we were so ready to just get there. I'd suggest they update their directions to find the cottage to include coming from both directions.
