Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:

Cozy and Practical

We loved our stay! The location is convenient to so many great shops and other businesses. Walking everywhere we wanted to go was quick and easy. Everything in the rental looked new and spotless.
