Waterfront 5BR + Hot Tub + Fire Pit with Awesome Building for Family Fun!

Bring the whole family! Livin’ Legacy provides all the comfort & amenities for everyone to find their happy place and make your lakeside memories. Our home is waterfront with public boat launch right next door, boat slip for use in boat house, expansive kitchen equipped w/ all hosting needs, two living rooms, three patios, huge lot with green grass for games & playing! 40 x 30 building used for Family Fun Time!! Six person hot tub along with a fire pit. Both bathrooms are double vanity;

**No parties or events without prior consent & approval. Failure to comply will result in authorities called and removal from our home.

Golf cart is available for rent for an additional $75.

**Main entrance of the home is on the second floor, up a flight of stairs. Someone will need to be able to climb the flight of stairs to be able to get into the home to let any elderly or handicap guests enter on the first/bottom floor.

**No garbage disposal

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
>Ensure all downstairs doors are manually locked 4. Plus, all 3 digital locks. >Clean all dishes, load & start dishwasher to clean all used dishes. Do not forget items used from the building.
>Ensure the hot tub cover is securely on & clasps secure. >Trash bins to remain at the curb at the end of driveway to avoid ants and critters at the house.
>BBQ grill grates clean & used charcoal removed and bagged in trash >Firepit emptied and bagged, put into trash bins. Fee will be assessed for extra cleaning if not emptied.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
**All children under the age of 14 must be supervised while using the hot tub. 🛑 By using the hot tub, you are agreeing to all Posted Hot Tub Rules.
**No garbage disposal -- put food and remnants in the trash.
**Septic system -- do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilets.

Great spot for a family getaway!

We stayed in February. Although the weather was cold and rainy, we had a great time. The hot tub and shop amenities were perfect for keeping everyone entertained. The boat slot and public ramp made it easy to access our boat. We highly recommend this spot on Lake Livingston.

Epic Birthday Vacation

Lazy weekend on the lake for my husbands 50th birthday. Friends and family came in and out all weekend, we watched football and listened to music in the barn, watched the sun rise on the porch, and took our boat out on the lake.

The house was perfect for our gathering! Loved the decorations! We weren’t exactly sure what all would be provided but they literally had every single thing we would have needed!! Seasonings, snacks, extra blow up bed, beach towels .. the list goes on & on!! Definitely a 5 star property & property owner!!
